| Description | Apartments. Late C19 with C20 interventions. Eccentric Freestyle, embracing Domestic and Tudor Revival elements. Red brick with blue brick string courses. Rendered gables above 1st floor. Multi-gabled pitched slate roof surmounted by terra cotta ridge. 3 storeys including top floor within roof space. 4 bold brick stacks with vertical indents and corbelled heads. Stacked bay windows with vertical sliding sashes to principal elevations. Two modest Victorian cottages attached. Also a free standing terrace of cottages with rendered walls, slate roof and flat topped dormers appear to be of recent construction or much altered from the original. |
