|Description||Railway Bridge. Built for Great Central Railway c1896/8 to span River Soar near Stanford on Soar. Blue engineering brick elliptical barrel vault construction. Blue engineering brick abutments, parapets and buttresses. 9 arches, dog-legged on plan. 2 southernmost arches skewed to L. Currently undergoing restoration by GCR trust to allow reinstatement of line to Ruddington.|
