| Description | Originally Private House. Once home of the Paget family. Now Charnwood Borough Council Offices. Early C19 in origin. Regency styling. Principal stucco faced elevation overlooking Southfields Park well preserved. Otherwise, Late C19 &C20 interventions and extensions predominate. Italianate C19 extensions, red brick. C20 extensions stucco faced architecturally sympathetic to the original building. Generally, slate pitched roofs. Feature stacks. |
