The Council is seeking an individual who has the gravitas and technical skills to undertake the statutory Monitoring Officer role, combining this with an approach that inspires confidence and trust among members and colleagues. You will also lead the legal, democratic, and electoral service teams as well as being responsible for the internal audit and health and safety functions.
