Residents of all ages were invited to enter the Love the outdoors in Charnwood photo competition by grabbing their cameras and capturing snaps at their favourite park or open space in Charnwood.

From the butterflies at Stonebow Washlands to the Red and Fallow Deer at Bradgate Park, no matter how big or small, we asked residents to submit their photos of the wonderful wildlife in Charnwood! This category was open to all residents in Charnwood.

All youngsters were encouraged to get out and capture a photo or two at their favourite park or open space. The young photographer category was open to any resident under the age of 16.
