We need as much information as possible in order to prosecute someone caught fly-tipping in Charnwood, so any help you can give is very important. Please remember:

Do not disturb the fly-tipped waste - it may contain dangerous items such as: syringes, broken glass, toxic chemicals or other hazardous substances. There may also be evidence that could help identify the culprits.

Do visually inspect the waste - it would help us to know what has been fly-tipped and how much. We will also need to know where abouts the waste has been dumped and if it is near water.

We have been working on a couple of new online forms including 'Report fly-tipping' and 'Report a missed bin' to improve your online experience. We would be interested in any feedback you may have and suggestions can be sent to
