On this webpage, the Council will publish all of the temporary Pavement Licence applications made in Charnwood under the Business and Planning Act, that have been successful.
If you cannot find the application here, please check the list of pavement licence applications as it may just be that the application hasn't been approved yet.
Alternatively, the business may already have been granted a permanent licence under the Highways Act by Leicestershire County Council. If you want to find out if this is the case email HighwayInspections@leics.gov.uk.
