A quarterly Leaseholders' Forum is held at the council offices in Loughborough.
The forum is a fantastic opportunity for leaseholders to come along to receive/share relevant information and ask any questions about leasehold issues.
Previous agenda topics have included fire risk assessments to blocks, repairs and maintenance and tenders for new contracts eg grounds maintenance and property improvements.
