Heroes come in all forms and sometimes it is the small things people do which make a huge difference to those around them.
On Saturday December 12, Charnwood celebrated its 2020 Community Heroes.
The event, organised by Charnwood Borough Council, celebrated the many positive contributions made by people, groups and businesses in the borough during the Coronavirus pandemic, and 2020 as a whole.
They included people who are dedicated to helping all residents of Charnwood, including the elderly, homeless and vulnerable, as well as community groups, charities and many other local good causes.
The event was supported by EEM Ltd.
