After a food hygiene inspection you can request a re-visit if you did not receive the maximum rating of five and have carried out all the improvements in your inspection report.
Requesting a re-visit before the next scheduled visit to re-assess the premises will incur a fee of £160.

There are no limits to how many revisits you can have so if you do not achieve the maximum rating of five first time you could consider re-applying when you have carried out further improvements. However you will be charged £160 for each subsequent visit.
