The Charnwood Challenge is an off-road event for runners and walkers. The main event covers approximately 10 miles route through the Charnwood countryside, with a shorter, but no less scenic, Junior Challenge event, open to all ages and abilities.

The route starts and finishes at the Nanpantan Scouts Group on Nanpantan Road, Loughborough, LE11 3YE, the provisional route takes in 10 miles Broombriggs, Windmill Hill and Beacon Hill.
Main event entry fee is £12:50 (affiliated) for runners and walkers, or £14.50 (unaffiliated).
Junior Challenge approx 1 mile run/walk off road for children, £2.50 on the day.

Registration will open at 8:30 for collection of race numbers.
Car Parking for runners has been arranged at Loughborough University Holywell Park, Postcode: LE11 3GR, from 8:00.
Water station available at Broombriggs car park and at the finish line.
Refreshments, changing, toilets and bag storage all available at the Scout HQ.
