Under regulation 113(7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we are required to publish data showing our compliance and obligation to pay invoices for commercial goods and services which are paid by the authority within 30 days.
Interest may be liable to suppliers if invoices are not paid on time, Charnwood Borough Council is proud to announce that we have not incurred any interest costs due late payment of invoices.
