If you or a member of your household has a disability, you may be eligible for a grant to help make necessary changes to your home.
The Disabled Facilities Grant can help you with home adaptations costing over £1,000.
An adaptation is an alteration to your home that will help a disabled person live as independently as possible.

- Grab rails / additional stair rails
- Half steps
- Ramps
- Lower thresholds
- Key safes
- Lever taps
- Over bath showers / level access showers
- Hard standing / dropped kerb
- Stair and vertical lifts
