  • Lifeline: A 24-hour, emergency response service for all older and vulnerable residents living in Charnwood

Lifeline is a service that supports independent living and provides peace of mind. The service comprises of:

  • monitoring/alert call emergency response 24 hours per day 7 days a week every week
  • on call warden 24 hours per day 7 days a week every week
  • a wearable pendant or wristband, alarm unit and key safe
  • gives increased independence, confidence and security in the comfort of your own home
  • managed by Charnwood Borough Council

Adaptations

Adaptations for tenants with disabilities can be arranged through Leicestershire County Council. Alterations can be made to help tenants, or a member of their household, to live as independently as possible in their homes.
