Loughborough, Victoria Street conservation area was designated in October, 1975.

The text of the appraisal was adopted by Cabinet in December, 2006.

A revised boundary was adopted in March 2018. Maps within the illustrated Conservation Area Character Appraisals should no longer be referred to as the definitive boundary.
