Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.

The style will be based around the Yang style 42 form. This session is a block of 11 weeks to allow you to learn the moves with ease and confidence. Unfortunately you cannot start the course once it has started. We will then be offering another 13 week block in January to continue the course, the second block will be bookable from December.

Benefits include improved balance, postural stability, muscle tone and range of movement in addition reduces stress, anxiety and depression, arthritic pain and high blood pressure.
