On February 26, 2024, Charnwood Borough Council approved a recommendation to amend rents and charges for council properties with effect from April 1, 2024.
The proposed changes are in line with government guidelines which, for this coming year, mean that the rent will be increased by 7.7%.
Service charges, where applicable, may change as well.
