We’ve been made aware that roadworks are due to begin from 10am on Friday April 26 on Dustmoor Drive, Inglesant Close, Fewkes Close and Turlington Close in Quorn. As a result, our bin crews are asking residents to ensure their bins are presented for collection from 6am.

The Charnwood Affordable Housing Viability Assessment 2018 provides an assessment of viability to inform the development of affordable housing policies in the new Charnwood Local Plan.

Viability testing is an important requirement of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) alongside an assessment of housing needs, which can be found on the HEDNA webpage.

The study is based on a typology approach whereby sites are grouped by shared characteristics such as location, whether brownfield or greenfield and size of site.
