We have undertaken a number of studies to test the viability and deliverability of the policies in the Draft Local Plan Core Strategy. These studies are summarised below.
Charnwood Local Plan viability study, 2014
We commissioned consultants DTZ to carry out a ‘whole plan’ viability study of the Draft Local Plan Core Strategy. This was so that we could decide whether the proposed policies are deliverable.
The study found that the Core Strategy contains a viable set of development proposals.
