Urban Capacity Study

The Urban Capacity Study (2018) (PDF Document, 2.47 Mb) has been undertaken to assist in the assessment of land available for housing within the urban areas of the Borough.

It does not allocate sites but determines the realistic capacity of land in the urban areas which will contribute towards the housing requirement of the new Charnwood Local Plan.
