Tenancy services is the name of the council department which manages council homes. We have around 5,700 in the borough.

The contact centre is open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. (You can still report emergency repairs eg complete loss of power, burst water pipe or making your home secure and anti-social behaviour out of hours).

In person

The Council offices are located on Southfield Road, Loughborough, LE11 2TX and are open 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
