Request to empty litter/dog waste bins
Please use the form below if a Charnwood Borough Council litter bin or dog waste bin needs emptying. Please note: Our bins will have a Charnwood Borough Council sticker and information on it. If you're not sure if it belongs to the Council, please call 01509 634563.
Report dog fouling
You can request to have dog fouling cleared up and repeat offenders investigated at the webpage below. Please note: If you would like us to investigate the possibility of taking action against the owner then you must have witnessed the incident and be willing to provide your details and a witness report.

Please use the form below to report dogs on the loose, attacking animals or making people feel threatened. Please note: The Police deal with incidents where a dog has bitten or attacked a person.

Report obstructed pavements
Please use the form below where there are lines or signs indicating restrictions to parking/loading. If the are no restrictions in place then it is a police matter.
Report a bin left on the street
If a bin has been left out on the street for more than 24 hours after collection, you can report it via the form below. Please note: We need to know the specific address so a case can be raised and an investigation can take place or a letter issued to advise the property about the Council’s requirements for waste collection.
