What is the PublicationScheme?

The publication scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published by Charnwood Borough Council. If information is available through the publication scheme you should contact the relevant Service team in the Council or the Standards and Monitoring Support Officer (using the contact us link below). Information provided through the publication scheme is exempt information and is not subject to the general access request requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). You are still able to use the FOIA complaints procedures if you are not satisfied with the response to your request under the publication scheme.   Provides details about the Publication Scheme including a list of the types of information available under the Scheme. It is not a list of the actual publications, (see link below) but rather it is a description of the classes or types of information published. The classes of information are described in Part B of the scheme. A Class could be a single document or reference to the material available under that class.
